Nov 29 2022: Sheffcare residents celebrate a traditional Christmas with friends

SHEFFCARE celebrates Christmas with a traditional carol service for residents, staff, family and friends at St Mary’s Church, Bramall Lane, on Thursday, December 15.

The special Festive service for the Sheffield residential care home charity will begin at 11am and will include popular Christmas music, readings and light refreshments.

The morning’s special guests will include the children’s choir of Walkley Primary School and the Sterndale Singers.

“We are delighted that, after two years of Covid restrictions, we are able to return to St Mary’s for this very special Christmas celebration,” said Sheffcare Chief Executive Claire Rintoul.

“I know all our residents, staff and friends look forward to being together again for what promises to be a real Festive treat.”

Sheffcare is the registered charity which began operating as a not for profit company in 1993 and now runs nine care homes in Sheffield.
