Aug 13 2013: New housing for Grenoside as project gets green ligh
NEW luxury housing is coming to Grenoside in a scheme developed by award winning Sheffield architectural practice Coda Studios.
The site of a former bungalow at Creswick Greave, Grenoside, has been cleared to make way for four detached properties and a pair of semi-detached homes.
Building work will be carried out by Doncaster company Fenwood Estates.
“We are delighted that this project, which offers great value and luxury, eco friendly housing, has been given the go ahead,” said Coda Managing Director David Cross.
“The north of Sheffield is becoming increasingly popular for home buyers and the fact that we are now ready to move ahead with Creswick Greave shows that there is renewed confidence in the property market.”
This is Coda’s tenth project with the Doncaster based developers.
