AWARD winning choreographer Gary Clarke invites you to join him for a Ménage à Trois…a tantalising and lip smacking triple bill of striking contemporary dance works.
Ménage a Trois, which comes to Doncaster Civic Theatre on May 15 as part of the Hothouse programme of events, presents three distinctly different works from one of Britain’s most exciting choreographers, commenting on British life, art and culture in a stimulating and captivating evening that will surely be one to remember.
Barnsley born Gary’s long awaited triple bill brings together the dark yet beautiful new solo show Bagofti - created in collaboration with performer Gavin Coward - the highly acclaimed rib tickling, finger clicking 2 Men & a Michael and the riotous and raunchy Horsemeat, mentored and directed by contemporary dance divas Javier de Frutos and Nigel Charnock.
And to add to the evening’s pleasure, there will be two very special hosts, Juicy Jo and Luscious Lydia, a couple of eccentric lounge lizards and wanna-be drag queens who will light up and transform the pre-show and interval frolics into a glittery cavalcade of performance, participation and partying!
Menage a Trois is ‘a night out on the town’ that shatters the boundaries between dance, theatre, cabaret and good old British entertainment.
