Apr 19 2012: New Head of Support Services for Ask4
SHEFFIELD company Ask4, the UK’s leading supplier of fibre optic broadband to student accommodation, has appointed a new Head of Support Services.
Simon Day will lead the expanding Support Services Department, taking on responsibility for Ask4′s Customer Support, Technical Escalations and Network Operations teams.
Simon brings with him a wealth of experience in internet services with an impressive background in the ISP industry, starting with UUNET and continuing with PlusNet and most recently with Griffin Internet.
“We have brought Simon in to give the appropriate focus and continue to improve upon the level of support Ask4 is renowned for in the increasingly demanding student accommodation arena,” commented Ask4 Chairman Jonathan Hudson.
